Clarkson’s Office of Development & Alumni Relations came under new management late in 2014. They worked with my office to develop a concept for a new logo and branding for the Roundtable Society, to signal the change in leadership.
I took their concept (a chess knight) and refined the design.
After finishing the primary mark I experimented with different typography and lockup treatments. I ran the ideas by my client and they chose the following:
